Our Civil Rights Investigations service is designed to support individuals, legal professionals, advocacy groups, and organizations in identifying and documenting violations involving hate crimes, police misconduct, and discrimination. We approach every case with professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of constitutional and human rights. Our investigative work is rooted in a commitment to justice, equity, and accountability. Our Areas of Focus Hate Crimes We investigate acts of violence, threats, or harassment motivated by bias against race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or other protected characteristics. Our team works to gather physical evidence, conduct interviews, and document patterns of behavior to support criminal or civil action. Police Misconduct From excessive force and unlawful detention to abuse of authority and civil rights violations, we conduct independent investigations into misconduct by law enforcement. Our reports are fact-based, impartial, and can support internal reviews, civil litigation, or oversight efforts. Discrimination Discrimination—whether in the workplace, education, housing, healthcare, or public services—is a violation of both moral and legal standards. We investigate claims involving unequal treatment based on race, gender, disability, age, religion, or other protected statuses. Our goal is to uncover the truth and provide the evidence needed to pursue justice.
